These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Automatus Labs when you access or use our platform and services. By joining as a partner, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they’re written in plain English so you know exactly where you stand.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the Automatus Labs ALL-IN-ONE platform and any related services we provide to you, including onboarding, setup, and ongoing access to the platform.
Our service
The Automatus Labs ALL-IN-ONE platform gives your business access to a suite of AI-powered automation tools, including:
AI voice calling — outbound and inbound calls handled by AI voice agents
SMS automation — automated SMS outreach and follow-up sequences
Inbound call handling — AI-managed inbound booking and enquiry handling
Outreach campaigns — multi-step automated campaigns across voice and SMS
Google Calendar integration — appointment scheduling and calendar syncing built directly into your workflows
The platform is designed for business use and is provided as-is, subject to the terms below.
Joining and fees
We keep our fee structure simple and transparent:
Joining Fee — a one-time fee to join the platform. This is refundable within 14 days of joining, provided you have not significantly used the platform (see our Refund Policy for details). After 14 days, it is non-refundable.
Setup Fee — an optional one-time fee for custom configuration and build work carried out by our team. This fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun.
API usage charges — pay-as-you-go charges for voice call minutes and SMS messages sent through the platform. These are billed based on actual usage and are non-refundable.
No recurring subscription — there are no monthly or annual subscription fees.
Negotiated pricing — all pricing is agreed individually with each client. Your specific rates will be confirmed in writing before you join.
Your responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
Obtain proper consent from your end-customers before contacting them via AI voice calls or SMS, in line with applicable telecoms and data protection laws (including UK GDPR and PECR)
Comply with all relevant telecommunications, marketing, and data protection legislation in the territories where you operate
Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only — not for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful activity
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
Ensure that the data you upload or process through the platform is accurate and that you have the right to use it
Our liability
Our total liability to you in connection with these terms and the use of our platform is capped at the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity
We are not responsible for failures, outages, or errors caused by third-party services we integrate with (including VAPI, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Google, or n8n), though we will do our best to assist where we can
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence
Intellectual property
We own the Automatus Labs platform, including all underlying software, workflows, voice agents, and associated technology
You own your business data — including your customer lists, campaign content, call recordings, and appointment data — and we will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of our platform without our written permission
Termination
Either party may end the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you seriously breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or use the platform in a way that could cause legal or reputational harm to us or others
On termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law
Renegotiation
These terms can be updated or renegotiated by mutual agreement between you and Automatus Labs. Any changes must be confirmed in writing by both parties to take effect. This does not affect our right to update these terms generally — in which case we will give you reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
