At Automatus Labs, we want you to feel confident when joining our platform. This Refund Policy explains clearly what is and isn’t refundable, so there are no surprises. Our fee structure is straightforward, and we’ve designed it to be as fair as possible for both sides.

Our fee structure
There are three types of charges associated with using Automatus Labs:
Joining Fee — a one-time fee paid when you join the platform. This covers access to the ALL-IN-ONE platform and is the only charge that is potentially refundable.
Setup Fee — an optional one-time fee for bespoke configuration, build work, and onboarding carried out by our team. This is charged only if you request custom setup work.
API usage charges — pay-as-you-go charges for voice call minutes and SMS messages used through the platform. These are billed based on actual usage.
There is no recurring monthly or annual subscription.
What is refundable
Joining Fee only — you may request a full refund of the Joining Fee within 14 days of your join date, provided the platform has not been significantly used.
“Significantly used” means fewer than 5 outbound or inbound calls and fewer than 10 SMS messages sent through the platform during the 14-day period.
Refund requests received within the 14-day window and meeting the usage threshold will be approved in full.
What is not refundable
Setup Fee — once our team has begun configuration or build work, the Setup Fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the project is completed or cancelled.
API usage charges — all charges for voice call minutes and SMS messages are non-refundable, as these represent costs passed through from third-party providers.
Joining Fee after 14 days — the Joining Fee is not refundable once the 14-day window has passed, or if the platform has been significantly used within that window.
Free trial
Before you pay anything, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform. No payment details are required during the trial, and no charges will be applied. This gives you the opportunity to explore the platform before committing.
How to request a refund
To request a refund of the Joining Fee, please:

Include your account email address and your invoice reference number
Briefly explain your reason for the request
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm whether it has been approved.
Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
Negotiated pricing
If you joined under a custom or negotiated pricing agreement, your refund eligibility may differ from the standard terms above. Please contact us directly at [email protected] before submitting a refund request, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
